
The Container Yard (CY ) area of 30,15 hectare is 10 blocks. Five blocks are used for international container and five blocks for domestic. Five blocks of cultivation piles are effectively functioned in early 2015 with reeferplug equipped to serve reefer containers at a number of points. CY in Teluk Lamong devided into two sides, Land site and Water site. Land Site Area use for receiving and delivery process. in the opposite, Water Site Area use for loading and unloading process. Block 6-10, we have docking system facility for loading and unloading process automatically.
Lamong Bay terminal has a two-sided dock, the outer side for international 500 x 50 meters with a depth of -14 mlws and a domestic jetty of 450 x 30 meters in depth -13 mlws.
Dry dry storage area of 8 Ha.Progres as of December 31, 2014 is a drying area of 8 Ha dry and installation of pipes for conveyor. The workshop building used as a place of ASC equipment operators and engineering team. There is also a garage repair for existing equipment. Builders of the building is complete, then proceed finishing and repair at some point of the building. CFS (Container Freight Station) CFS is available and completed. Included inside is an office for the vinegar and quarantine authorities.
Terminal Teluk Lamong has 5,8 ha transfer area for temporary stacking full or empty container services. Transfer area is also used as an exception area to solve the customer data problem.
Pre in gate is a facility that serves as the entry door trucking. The progress of pre-gate development as of December 31, 2014 is about 80 percent. In fact, the foundation for the three-column scales is already available. Furthermore, roofing and information technology equipment will be installed.
Main Gate or main door is divided into nine columns for containers and one column for noncontainerized gate. The process of building the gate is finished, then proceed with semiotomatis equipment information technology because in the main gate there is no operator.
